I’ve been taking my daughters to Meyika for the past 4 years, and she is truly amazing! Not only is she incredibly talented at braiding, but she also makes my girls feel so comfortable during the process. They love her because she has a great sense of humor, which makes the experience fun and enjoyable for them. The best part is that she’s not a tight braider, so my daughters never leave with any discomfort. She is polite, kind, and provides excellent customer service every single time. My mom loved the girls hair so much, she got her hair braided too! She braids so well with their natural hair or with extensions. We are so grateful for Meyika talents and the care she gives my family – she’s definitely a gem! Highly recommend!

I have a sensitive scalp, and since she’s known as Knoxville’s kid-friendly braider, she’s always gentle with my hair. Her braids keep my natural hair healthy and free of tangles. When I take them down, there are no knots. Her shop is always clean, she’s super professional, and booking an appointment is easy with her site. Plus, she shows pictures of past styles, so you can get the perfect look!

The BEST kid braider in the city! No opinion, this is a fact! Whatever pic I give her she duplicates it flawlessly! She doesn’t braid tight and is amazing with my tenderheaded daughter! Love the kid-friendly environment and that she only services 1 client at a time. Highly recommended!
