My mother has had her hair done a few times here now. She comes out happy and at ease with the service provided. They have a nice atmosphere with good music playing and the waiting area is comfortable, and cozy.

I went to this business because of a referral from a family member. I showed the stylist what I wanted (pictured). The first time she did it you could not tell she did anything and charged me $120. She said I could come back and she would fix it for me. Well, she fixed it alright! Look at my candy purple hair! Nothing like what I asked for! I feel she was upset that I asked her to do it again. She also charged me $65 for the redo of what she didn’t do the first time!! On top of the purple being hideous she left all the roots gray so it looks like I need to go have my hair colored because it’s grown out!! 😡

Love the hair stylist very comfortable and cozy. They always do an AMAZING Job.

Creative Concepts has a hairstylist named Destiny here who is beyond amazing. Ladies, she's the one. I have spent years looking for a nice, respectable, and professional hairstylist who will listen to you about what you want and will genuinely talk to you about it without judgement and makes absolutely sure you are happy every step of the way. Destiny is all this and more. I can't say enough wonderful things about her or this place. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, they have great prices, and this is the only place I want to get my hair cut at. I have long, thick, and difficult hair and Destiny not only made me, my mother, and grandmother feel comfortable during our time there, she listened to our needs and everyday hair routines, and offered real advice and was very forthcoming

It's a nice, clean and friendly place. I would say that on the usual.....they do a really good job. I gave three stars only because once I got a cut,color and style and was specific about the color I wanted and that isn't what I she gave me! To top it off she damaged my hair. Been growing it out ever since so when I get the bad trimmed off, I will still have long hair. But, on the usual, they are pretty good.
