I’ve been coming to Creative Nails since 2010. They never fail to make my time here pleasant and relaxing. Definitely refer them all the time. Stop by and try their new Signature Spa Pedicure. Amazing!!!

Highly recommend this nail shop for a pedicure! I have tried 3-4 in the area over the last several months while in and out of town for work and this shop really stood out from the others. Ms. Amy took care of me and gave the care and exfoliation my "pups" needed to look summertime fresh. Tips: always reward (tip) your tech for good service, try to make an appointment ahead of time and don't get the very basic/bottom tier pedicure, spend a little extra for one of the spa/pampering ones. Remember you get what you pay for! My feet stay looking good for over a month (with gel color) saving me money in the long run. I will definitely be back to see Ms. Amy if I'm anywhere near this area!

Pedicures are great. Time taken with manicures and gel nails. They are always beautifully done. They do designs, different colors on all nails if you want. Mine are clean and simple due to working in healthcare but they do some beautiful work. I get compliments every time. Christmas work is wonderfully done.

Extremely disappointed with my first visit here. My friend and I arrived at 4:33 PM with only three employees working and no other patrons waiting. Despite being told it would be a 30-minute wait, we sat for over an hour with our feet in cold water. When we asked for hot water, we were brushed off and told someone else would get to it. The technician also spent time arguing with my friend about her choice of design color rather than being helpful. Because the service was so slow, I had to cancel my manicure entirely. We didn't leave until 7:30 PM—three hours later—without a single apology or even an offer of water. I’ll be heading back to my regular spot at Natural Nail Bar from now on. Save your time and go elsewhere

Creative Nails is hands down my go-to spot for pedicures! The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is top-notch. Monica is an absolute gem! She’s like the homegirl you never knew you needed. Her warm personality and relatable vibe make every visit feel like a catch-up session with a friend.
