Creative Nails

I have been going hear for less then a year. I liked it because they were quick enough for me to go on my lunch hour. The lady I was seeing wasn't the most gentle or friendly but I did like the way she styled my nails. My problem with them is that the last few times I arrived for my APPOINTMENT, I was told by Kathy that a "walk-in" came in and took my place. Apparently making an appointment don't mean a thing. Needless to say they lost my business.

Looking for a new nail salon? Creative Nails is reasonably priced & do great work!! I started with this salon over a year ago with pedicure and now get Mani/Pedi with gel polish. Kathy is my regular nail artist & Ken has also done my nails. When I had a nail chip a week later Lisa fixed it as a walk-in with no questions asked. Scheduled, same day & walk-in appt available.

I always get acrylic nails. I get my nails done by Ken because from the very first visit, the work was stellar. I am very particular and Ken does as close to perfect as a person can get. I have gone to other places and have been mostly disappointed but now have found a place where I’m confident I’ll always get professional, beautiful nails. Thank you Creative nails and Ken!

When I found this place, I thought it was going to be a good back up for me from my usual salon since they couldn’t get me in when I needed to. Based on other reviews, it sounded more like a good idea and a great place to be. Unfortunately, I was left with not the best customer service and my fingers covered in blue. Not only that, I also left with paint on my wrist. I came in as a walk in (needing a fill) and with a photo in mind of what I wanted…the owner I believe , explained it was a dip compared to acrylic and shellac which I had so I said “Okay. Its okay. I can go find a new color”. She apologized and my tech walked over, grabbed three rings of color samples and took me back to my station with her, none even remotely close to what i asked for originally while talking with her before.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful! Ken did cat eye on my nails and did a fantastic job, in a timely manner! I will definitely be coming back here every time!
