Creative Nails

If I could give a zero, I would. I walked into this place In hopes of getting a relaxing pedicure and manicure while waiting for my car windshield to get replaced…. I walked in and was a bit hesitant at first. Off the bat, it looked dirty and smelled funny in the salon. I was immediately greeted by a lady who none the less seemed very nice. She started doing my toes and I noticed she was digging and I was in pain. I made it clear multiple times that it hurt by pulling back and saying “ow” but she didn’t speak much English. She continued to pull out ingrown toe nails on both big toes. She did not hold back even though it was clear I was in pain. I’m not a confrontational person so it was difficult to let her know this. Long story short, she had BOTH my toe nails gushing in blood to the poin

I had a little bit of nail polish on my toes and she scraped it off instead of using polish remover. Can you say "ouch"? Then, in the process of doing my toes, she pulled a chunk of my toe meat off and my toe is now infected. Double out. I have never gotten an infection at a salon before. Unacceptable.

I've always had an amazing experience at creative Nails. My tech lady, Zully is always on point with my nails. I love how clean she is with her tools! To top it off my nails last over a month. I’ll be posting some of her amazing work. I highly recommend her so go book her! Shes worthwhile!

Was a wonderful experience! The nail techs were very nice and the space was clean. Would recommend!
