The service here is trash. I was serviced on Friday, May 26, 2023. The nail tech was rushing and as a result, poorly executed the job. He cut me twice with the drill and was sloppy with the acrylic application, so I was in pain the whole session. The chrome/french tips are uneven and smeared and there are obvious fingerprints on my nails. He knew I wasn’t satisfied at the end of the service, but could care less. I paid $82, so you would think my nails would hold up for at least a week—nope! I was going to let it go and spare them this review, but the gold chrome started peeling 2 days in and my nails look atrocious. Pedicure was fine, but I will not be returning to this establishment for any service.

I came in hoping to get a classy nature design for an upcoming proposal with an alternative engagement ring. The design was ok but not what I asked for. (Inspo picture included) They also told me to get nail art I had to get gel which I was disappointed in because I don’t really like gel nails.

the clearly better nails in the pictures was what i had asked for and the second pic is what i got. i had other nail colors i could have had but he told me they could do it so i let him… yea… the girl doing my nails didnt know how to do it and the guy randomly came to do it. he kept saying he could do it and it would be hard as the nails are short. after 15 minutes of them both doing my nails and then taking it off and continuing repeating a nothing pattern. i finally told them that one color only would work. the lady kept drilling my NATURAL nail and when i told her to stop as it was also burning, she kept doing it. she acted like she didn’t understand. she didn't even get it all off as u can see in the picture a darker area. this was the 3rd time coming here and last time they did my acr

I normally love creative nails, however I got my nails done before going back to school and they were done very rushed. It’s only been a few days after getting a full acrylic set and they have already begun to peel on the edges. Right after getting them done I noticed they weren’t fully painted on the fronts of the tips which makes them look messy. I have always gone here in the past, but may need to find a new nail place, because these were not worth the money.
