Creative Nails

I’m not sure why all the bad reviews. I visited on 3/07/26 and I came a little late with my daughter. They were able to accommodate me. Kelly did a great job on my nails! She made sure I liked the shape and was very nice. My daughter also liked her names as well. Will be coming here from now on.

Texting off my bf acc that’s why it’s a boys name HOWEVER Came to this place today 12/22/25 & HORRIBLE customer service, didn’t care what I wanted done to my nails/toes & kept catching attitudes when I told them to fix it. Also constant leaving one customer and going to another. Which wastes time & they had to close so rushed on my set. Overall 1/10 don’t go here girl I added pics of what I have and what I wanted

Josie -If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been at plenty of salons but this one is just a disaster. I recently had a manicure at your salon, and I was disappointed with the service. The nail polish application was uneven, and the overall manicure was rushed. I also noticed that you don’t have people wash their hands before application. I arrived 1.5 hours before they close so this was not due to my late arrival. Person that was doing my nails didn’t introduce herself and was more worried about messing up her nail polish because of her plans for upcoming vacation. When applying clear coat it came as with tint of red which really showed on blue nails. Even from distance these imperfections are visible. Filling if I could even call that was hardly touched. Love coming to Creative Nails to get my nails done. They have been very kind and accommodating to my schedule. Kelly always does an excellent job on my nails. The salon is very clean and I love supporting a small business!

I usually go to get a gel pedicure and dip manicure. The pedicures last 6 to 8 weeks easy and the dip nails last 2 to 3 weeks. They could go longer but I always get bothered by the nail growth showing. I have always had a fantastic experience and I've been going here for 6 months now.
