I’ve been going to Hannah for almost a year now at Cremé Luxe for my hard gel manicures, and she is honestly amazing! Her attention to detail, precision, and creativity are unmatched. Every design is flawless, long-lasting, and I can tell she takes time/doesn’t rush to do the designs on my nails. I constantly receive compliments on my nail designs—people always ask where I get them done and I’m always happy to tell them who gets me right every time lol! She listens to what I want/makes adjustments when I ask (though I rarely have to), offers great suggestions for additional designs, and executes every design perfectly. I’ve been going here for years I didn’t mind the prices because the service was worth it! But they have been getting lazy. This was my first time not getting ANY acrylic at all and my nails are very short I barely have a nail on my fingers, and no overlay, just polish!! Even on my toes. I had planned on paying extra for the acrylic big toes, but my nail tech told me “I didn’t need it” as if I don’t know what I want, I also asked for French tip and I didn’t receive neither!! And my bill was still $100 so sad to say I don’t be returning I got a classic ped/man should have been way less even if the gel polish is $40 alone which I think is still insane I should have been charged $80 ask they did was put polish on my real nails I could’ve literally did that myself at home. Beautiful and clean facility. They served me green tea, very relaxing luxury atmosphere. My technician was Hannah. Hannah is extremely talented. She is precise and timely. She brought my vision to life with detail and care :) Note: Not all technicians are so patient or detail oriented. Id do your research.

The nail tech was nice and my designs were great. However, my nails began lifting in a week. Also, they charge an addition $10 to work on long nails, even if there’re your real nails.

Love love love my nail home! Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is always welcoming and ready with wine or water when you begin your appointment. I get Gel-X nails with designs and all I have to do is show up with my inspiration photo, Hannah gets the job done! I never feel rushed and my appointments always begin on time. All of the techs do a great job. Kudos to Kelly for this business!
