Making an appointment is meaningless, since they’ll take a walk in who arrives at your appointment time before they take you. Haircut was solid and fast though.

My barber was kind, and effecient. The price was also perfect. I'll be going back. The only downside is that they mischarged me by over a grand. Check you receipts. Either way, I'll be going back.

The barber is very friendly and nice. She cuts carefully and communicates well with me regarding my hairstyle. The price is reasonable ($13 for men) and the environment makes me feel cozy and comfortable. I recommend this place for students as it can be a good deal if you do not want to spend $45 up on fancy salons located in Udistrict or other places. Most importantly, this place reminds me of my hometown.

i don’t recommend this salon for haircuts or coloring. i asked for light layers, but they totally messed it up. it was so choppy and uneven that i had to cut my hair much shorter to fix it. they’re okay for trims, but they clearly don’t know how to do proper layering. also, the last time i dyed my hair here, the color came out wrong, and even when i tried to dye it black, the old color still showed through. just disappointing overall.

Van worked on my hair I went from black to red. I was on the fence at first because I have a lot of hair and I’ve always paid $400+. She only did my hair for $100, got the exact color I wanted, even cut my hair on a discount. The overall experience was great. We met at her other store in lake city and she came with a bunch of red hair samples was very patient with me and very sweet. I really would recommend this place because van is very experienced and very professional!
