pros: - wide variety of products including nail stuff, hair & makeup tools, accessories etc - convenient location - staff is always nice - sometimes cheaper than CVS + Walgreens cons: - they don’t always have the full collections of a product line - staff will say they’re ordering stuff but it entirely depends on whether it’s slow season for them or not - return policy isn’t great, especially if trying a new product (must return in 7 days, can’t be used, no actual money back - store credit or exchange only) ultimately i will buy my tried and true products here when i can, but i will never buy something i haven’t used before here. The product ended up damaging my hair, they didn’t order the product I actually wanted (i was quoted 1.5 weeks, i came back 2 weeks later) and i lost out on $20

My first beauty supply option in Westchester for at least 20 years . I prefer to shop when Michael is there., he is very knowledgeable .Lots of options .

Wide variety of things but short on supply sometimes

Masks are required. This store has many items, great variety. I was able to find what I was looking for. Because there is so much stuff, the fit in the aisles is tight. You can't really separate and distance from others while shopping. If there is a product you're looking for and can't find it anywhere else...chances are, you'll find it here.

They have everything. Love this store. Staff is friendly and helpful. One stop shop for all my hair needs.
