Do this for yourself !! It’s amazing 🤩 so relaxing and my scalp feels amazing after so clean and refreshed. Sienna does such a good job it’s such a relaxing place. Finally used a gift card my mom got me for Christmas. Loved every moment! Will for sure be back

After having emergency surgery I was rendered temporarily incapable of washing my own hair. Knowing I was need of some good TLC, my husband booked the Queens Pamper Package for me, which was nothing short of incredible. Despite short notice, my appointment was confirmed and Sienna was an absolute heaven send. She was incredibly kind and caring, not to mention an expert at her craft. Throughout the hour I enjoyed the most serene atmosphere complete with soft music in the background, a warm cozy table, and an epic head, neck and scalp massage/hair washing - so luxurious. Total bliss! If you’re on the fence, allow this to be your gentle nudge.

Such a wonderful experience! I went in with my mom for a couples service. The receptionist was very friendly when we arrived. Our service providers came and led us back to the changing room where they did an inspection of our scalp. I was not expecting that! It made it feel like more of a customized treatment which was nice. The entire spa was very clean and put together. They even had a blow dry station if you don’t want to leave with wet hair! I had Rachel and my mom had Savannah. Both were so nice and professional. I highly recommend this place! My hair and scalp have never felt so clean and nourished!

Had the best service at Crown Care today! Sienna and Haley were so nice and attentive making the experience very comfortable. I have had some scalp issues for a while and Sienna let me know how I could continue to help it after my service. Would highly recommend adding to your self-care day rotation :)

I’m really bummed to say that I did not enjoy my experience. I had scheduled with Sienna and ended up getting someone else without being informed until the appointment was in session. This is also the second time that Sienna has cancelled on me. I understand that cancellations and rescheduling can occur but this is now the second time and were both very last minute on her end with little to no notice. I asked the lady today that was performing my service for firm pressure and I got quite the opposite. It felt like butterfly touches the majority of the time. The crown of my head was never touched. There was hard gel still left over by my ears(after notifying her that I had some product in my hair) when I left. Most of my experience was just water running over my hair. The massaging was d
