I’ve been getting my hair braided by Lil Sis for three years now (every 8/10 weeks - consecutively), and she is truly amazing. I’ve gotten knotless braids and box braids, and they come out perfect every single time. She’s so pleasant, I genuinely enjoy every appointment — it’s always the most pleasant, relaxing experience. I moved here from Los Angeles, where I had the same braider for 10 years, so I was really dreading having to find someone new. But Lil Sis exceeded every expectation. I even drive four hours (from another state) just to get my hair done by her, and it is absolutely worth it! I wanted to share my experience with Lil’ Sis Braids as I’ve been a client of Necy’s for a few years now. Her and I have similar hair texture, and she knows exactly how to handle my hair. Shes basically a boss with any hair texture! I’ve tried box braids, knotless braids, hair wefts and cornrows and had great results every time! Of course when taking out protective hairstyles, you’re bound to have quite a bit of shedding - but I haven’t walked away with any hair loss, that’s for sure. I normally don’t write reviews, but I want to share my experience. I received braids here on October 31st, and within two weeks I developed bald spots, shiny exposed skin, bumps, matted roots, and irritation in the exact areas where the braids were installed. I also lost large clumps of hair when removing the braids. This is not a normal result of a protective style. When I reached out with photos, my concerns were dismissed as “postpartum,” and she also claimed it was because I asked for thicker braids. I have had braids many times before in all sizes and weights, including styles much heavier than these, and have never experienced anything like this. Absolutely love her. She’s the best she always does my hair really good. She always takes good care of my hair. I’ve been going to her for over three years and I love Necy. She does her best every time and always eats it up. And she does both of my kids hair and I’ve never had any problems keep doing your thing girl

I have gone to necy for 4 years. Every time she does anyone amazing job. I have fine, straight hair and she manages to tuck my hair so well that my braids last 2 months! Everywhere else I've gone my braids only last 2 to 3 weeks because they dont tuck my hair as well. She gave me box braids a week after having my most recent baby and it was a life saver! Didn't have to do my hair and helped reduce the nasty fall out that comes from having a baby. Would recommend her to anyone! She is Very knowledgeable and knows how to work with all hair types.
