I Love Love the Sauna. So much body healing in the infrared heat. Pain relief, I walk upstairs independently and sleep free of arthritis pain for awhile. Medical doctors recommend several times a week, wish I had more free time. My chiropractor has one at home he uses almost daily, I can't afford one for my house. He praises me for coming here. The package deal for $25 each beats out the solo session of $40.

First time doing Cryo and I went back for more! Savannah and Sam were fantastic. Highly recommend this as they are both super helpful and the facility is great! I’ll be a return client for sure!

This place is great. I work out almost daily and try to eat healthy but there are just some areas of fat that won't go away. I have had multiple cryo t-shock treatments on my inner thighs. The combination of that along with the contour light treatments has made a noticeable difference on my thighs, arms, stomach, and love handles. Definitely worth the money! Aroosha, Hiral, and Daisy are all great!

Today was my first time here and I tried the lymphatic drainage system. It was so good for my inflammation. Savannha was really helpful and knowledgeable.
