I’ve been here so many times and never once have I been disappointed. Crystal and her team are amazing for every service, the acrylics always last me 4+ weeks and that says a lot on how they make sure the nail is prepped. The price definitely equals the lifespan on these nails. The salon itself is clean, every time I’ve gone in no matter the time. They take their time each time and make you feel like you’ve known them for years. If I wasn’t moving I’d be coming here always. If I could give more stars I totally would because they deserve it and I’ve been to other nail salons around the area and Crystal's is the only one I’ve gone to repeatedly, she has a customer for life.

Absolutely talented. Friendly services. Very accommodating and the ambiance is amazing. Very speedy with taking appointments and walk-ins. I love this place and drive thirty minutes out of my town for these ladies and gentlemen. Services unmatched. Services: luxury pedi w/ gel polish; gel x mani w/extensions (love how thin they are! And the pedicure massage was better than most massage parlors). I just moved here from Chicago and I am SO HAPPY I found this place! Immaculately clean, a ton of style options and easy booking, and everyone was incredibly caring, laid back, and skilled talented team. They even offer head spa treatments I am obsessed with and did not expect to find in the area— will be back soon for that. I can’t believe I’ve been driving to Raleigh for appointments when this spot exists so close by (to southern pines), thank you Crystal beauty!

I cannot say enough good things about this salon. Not only do they give the most beautiful manicures, soothing pedicures, and relaxing head spas, but they truly make me feel pretty every single time I walk out the door. The salon itself is gorgeous and always spotless—they take cleanliness and sterilization very seriously, which makes me feel safe and cared for. The entire staff is so warm and welcoming, and London is absolutely amazing. Every picture I’ve ever shown her, she has recreated perfectly, often even better than I imagined. This place is more than a nail salon—it’s a little sanctuary where I can relax, recharge, and leave feeling like the best version of myself. I am so grateful I found them!

Colin did a great job! Very friendly and inviting environment. I chose the flawless pedicure with bright orange gel polish (my son’s choice). The experience was relaxing and we had a great conversation throughout the entire time. I also had my eyebrows waxed. Definitely give them a try! You will be pleased!
