Crystal Nail Lounge

I'm going to give this establishment 4 ⭐'s because of Don. He pays attention to details and listen. He does even better with a photo of what design you would like. He's done my nails twice so far and did an excellent job. I would recommend him to anyone that goes to this facility.

I went in last Monday for a fill in and pedicure I specifically told the nail tech I wanted to do the services separately bc I’m ticklish on my feet she never listened never stopped then I said I didn’t want my acrylic thick bc these are my natural nails she pretty much filed my nails down an applied gel bc the acrylic is thinner than the polish it’s pointless to even come and get them fixed I should’ve payed more attention to the reviews I guess they really pick and choose who to gets a quality set of work done after spending $115 again for a fill in and pedi with gel polish I WONT BE BACK had I paid on my card I would be callin them to refund me. My nails and polish started chipping 2 days later and I do my own gel polish and it last for 2 weeks they need real training

I went to this nail salon yesterday and got a fill in. After the service that I was provided I am SURE the nail tech is not licensed or trained to do nails at all. From start to finish the service was poorly provided. When I realized Kim didn’t know how to apply acrylic I asked her how long she had been doing nail and she stated 15 years she even showed me a license for proof. They are allowing their family members and friends to work with them instead of people who actually specialize in the craft . I am SO DISAPPOINTED. I loved crystals but I will NEVER return. These nail services are NOT cheap this is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE

Beautiful place. Customer service was GREAT!! Prices comparable to most salons and nails toes definitely on point. Will definitely come back again

Thank you so much, I’m new to this area and was in desperate need to finding a nail Salon and tech that just simply cared. I have now found an absolute amazing 20 yr experienced tech that good by the name of Miller. I will be bidding him and the site every two weeks to pamper myself but also get the excellent experience they give to each customers. Salon is beautiful, clean and not noisy. Business is ran amazing and they take time one their clients to ensure they are above satisfied. Happy customer that will be returning! Thank you Miley again for your great work!
