Crystal Nail Plus

Just got them done yesterday, they charged me 85 for them and it looks like I need a fill already. They looked good with the oil on them. This is a new set, he laid this acrylic with no care whatsoever. My feet and eyebrows are great. Spent over 200 with them and will not be going for Mh nails again.

I got my Nails done on my birthday . 3 days later two come off while I was washing a car the next day I call and was told to come in when I go in she gone ask me to pay again then cut my skin with the drill because she rushed and didn’t do my nails right . Bet I call my bank and dispute it!!!

I happened to stumble into this place. I live nowhere near this shop. Being as personable as I am payed off for sure. Was referred by a lady when I inquired who did her nails. I am a cosmetologist and am forever looking at peoples work as well as just eye catchers that appeal to me. I just so happened to have time in the day and ran over hoping to catch someone before close. Taking a chance to not make it in time and maybe not even see Hannah who I was to ask for. Ends up, her work was awesome!!!! I appreciate her style, shape and artistic ability on these claws 😜!! If that’s not enough …She is fast!!!! I already have returned and plan on taking that trip every two weeks!! So glad I found her 💅

Horrible service!! Went in for black acrylic French toes and left with just builder gel! The tech lucky was very rude, she was told by the owner and myself I wanted acrylic on my toes so we get half way done and she goes to put base coat on and I remind her I want acrylic and she huffs and puff with an attitude and told me I didnt say that so I said okay just for get it, she goes to do the French completes a foot and then wipes it off and says the gel polish isn't working right , she slams the polish down and throws her head in her hand waiting for a different polish so I said forget it and left still having to pay 57 dollars for something I did not even want at all! Very rude don't recommend

Horrible experience. There was a lady getting a pedicure done she wasn't happy with the service she asked the male technician several times to stop because she wasn't satisfied with his work. Because of the language barrier he didn't understand and continued to proceed the lady then stood up and said stop. Finally they were able to get the attention someone who understood the language to tell him to stop. Afterwards the owner says you still have to pay. The lady clearly didn't get a pedicure, but they told her she had to pay for the water used to soak her feet and it would be $11. The lady refused, and Crystal nail called the cops on her. Worse nail salon in Sanford. Bad customer service.
