Crystal Nails

Instant regret. This is not my regular salon, but I was short on time and pulled in. The salon was empty so I figured it would be good service. More, my pedicure didn’t even last as long as the 20 minute cycle on the masssge chair. I asked for a dip set and after my polish was soaked off and my nails were filed the lady tells me she can’t do dip only an overlay I said no thank you I will pay you for the service you provided of soaking off my nails. She tried to charge me $20 for a polish removal. Absolutely not! I asked her why didn’t she tell me before starting my service she couldn’t do dip and she could not give me any explanation. I do not recommend and would give a 0 star if I could .

I've been a regular there for 15 years now and service has always been top notch and professional. Everyone is very respectful and friendly also helpful ☺️ I have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT 😉

I’ve been going to the place for 12 years off and on. This is the worse I’ve ever had. Just a week and the nails (which I did dip powder) look horrible. When the lady was hurrying in the end bc they were getting busy and didn’t even care what she was doing, on top of that I wanted a certain style and she refused to do it. Last time I got the dip powder there I was able to keep my nails for 3weeks and even at that they still looked amazing. The only time I’ll go, next time if I go, is if the guy can do them.

In 20+ years of acrylics, powders, gels, manicures, and pedicures, I've used a lot of products and seen a lot personalities. I can say, without hesitation, that Crystal Nails is the best nail salon I've found! And here are but a few of the reasons why. 1) The ladies are welcoming and eager to please. 2) They gladly customize. 3) They suggest, but don't push. 4) If you change your mind, they gladly change with you. 5) They do not rush, me, or anyone else. I know I'll get the same amount of care every time. 6) They consistently do quality work. I get compliments on my nails. A lot. And finally, they would never let me leave unhappy... And why would I? They are darn near perfect.
