I absolutely love my nails! The ombré design is so smooth and elegant, and the deep red French tips add the perfect touch of sophistication. If I could rate 0 stars I would. First of all they confirmed two of us to come in for a shellac mani/ pedi on Saturday like two weeks ahead of time (I called and scheduled it ahead of time, even got text confirmation saying we are good for that day and time) and when we came for our appointment, they were fully booked and said it’ll be an hour wait so we said we’ll come the next day. It was my friends milestone birthday and it would’ve been nice to have our nails done on the actual day we signed up for. The next day when we came, the tail nech was rushing us to pick a color and giving us attitude for changing the times from earlier in the morning from 11am to 1:30 pm and we called them ahead of time letting them know we’ll be running late so if we could do 1:45pm instead and she was saying

Very proffesional and super friendly. We did shellac and full set with tips and charms - satisfied with our nails. If you want meticulous and very detailed approach then this is a spot for you. We will be back.

I got my nails done here last week, and so far 5 different nails have popped off. I went back Wednesday when 3 came off and they fixed it but then Saturday another 2 came off, I got gel-x done but for the price I paid I don’t think it’s worth it. They don’t last!!!

Very unprofessional service-noisy during my entire duration of service, made an appointment for 2 for head scalp massage but only one lady available, we had to wait 25 minutes for the other slot. Was not able to pull up groupon so paid with my credit card with an agreement that the salon would contact groupon and reinburse me. No luck, called the salon multiple times, no answers or in different language. Never heard back from the salon. I ended up calling my credit card for a refund from groupon. I would not go back to this place. RESPONSE FROM YOUR COMMENT: Honesty is important. You are not honest. Never did I got any messages or calls from you. I called multiple times-unsuccessful and greeting message was in different language. I booked the appointment so please honor and value
