Crystal Nails

‏I had a terrible experience at a nail salon yesterday, and I am extremely dissatisfied with their services. Firstly, they made me wait for a long time, which was quite frustrating. Furthermore, I was disappointed with the quality of the work on my nails (please see attached photos for judgment). ‏When I raised my concerns to the staff, they responded in a rude and hostile manner instead of addressing the issue and attempting to rectify their poor workmanship. They even had the audacity to tell me that if you are not satisfied, you could choose not to return to their salon. With great disappointment, I decided to leave the salon due to their lack of professionalism and respect. ‏I strongly advise against visiting this nail salon, as their service was subpar and their staff had no regard

I hate leaving one-star reviews, especially since I used to be a regular here, but the quality has really declined. I got a regular mani/pedi ($70!!!), and within 24 hours, every nail started chipping. It looks like I did them myself! The service was rushed because I was double-booked with another client, leading to unevenly cut cuticles—some barely touched at all. This used to be my go-to spot, but sadly, it’s time to find a new salon.

Made appointments but when we showed up it was clear they weren’t ready for or even expecting us. Our pedi’s began with feet in tepid water. We waited that way for more than 20 minutes. When I made the appointment I clearly stated that my GF wanted a dip mani. They burned her nails with a dremel and the. Said that they didn’t do dip. So now we are off to another nail salon to repair what they messed up and then my GF can hopefully get an actual dip mani.

My gel manicure lasted less than a week and my pedicure was chipping in the same amount of time. I came to this place as a recommendation from my aunt.. not sure how we could have such extremely different experiences. The customer service was also very sub par. I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment with no apology, my ingrown nail was hardly attended to (even the manicurist critiques the pedicurists job, hard to believe). Long story short I won’t be back and unless something drastically changes I don’t recommend you come either.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I went to get a basic pedicure and manicure a few days ago. The most HORRIBLE pedicure of my life. They cut my nails almost to the bone and my toes were bleeding. Now, 3 days after the pedicure - they are still bleeding. One of the toes is infected because of such a deep cut. I can only wear soft sneakers and will not be able to wear any other shoes for awhile (and I have a wedding to attend). Manicure was less horrible, but they cut my nails much shorter than I requested and didn’t really clean up the cuticles either. Will never go there again!
