Crystal Nails

Today I visited this establishment for the 2nd time when I arrived i was greeted and was placed in a chair to get a pedicure. The gentleman started the feet soaking process and walked away. I waited about ten minutes and another customer walked in and he seated her and told me someone else would be with me and proceeded to take care of the customer whom arrived after me. I waited another 10 and still no pedicure but my feet were still soaking then it dawned on me I was the only male only white and in my 60s. I'll never visit this business again.

Here at Crystal Nails, they welcome everyone ❤️ Full of experience and knowledge of the craft. The Salon, just completed a makeover and it's warm welcoming, professional style.

Kathy was at seat number five I came in wanted to fill. She shaped them out beautifully look, cotton candy action got waxed and everything.

I received the worst service here on 4/18 considering I am a regular that tips well. I was unhappy with a pink & white fill done by a tech after being referred by Stephanie. This is the ugliest set of nails . The work doesn’t look professional or clean at all. The owner basically told me my issue wasn’t a priority at the moment because they had other appointments and that I could come back later. If they are busy customer service goes out the window. I went back the very next day and was handled like being a regular patron doesn’t matter. I expected to atleast be handled respectfully. I’ll never spend another dime in this establishment.

I am not the type to argue or put down somebodies work but i am not sure how you can mess up a french tip this badly and these are how they look after me asking to fix them. To work in a nail salon and think this is acceptable work is crazy!! I was suppose to get a pedicure as well but seeing how my nails came out i’m happy i didn’t! lee nails in the plaza right behind them is sooo much better!!
