This place is amazing! So many options! I got the deluxe pedicure and then a new dip color with some fun sparkle on top! Highly recommend!

I recently visited Crystal Nails for a manicure, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the result. The nail polish application was uneven and the visit was rushed, with some nails streaky and others left with visible gaps. It seemed like the polish wasn’t applied properly, and there was no smooth finish. I expected a lot more from this salon, especially since this was not my first visit. The staff was friendly, but the quality of the service didn’t meet my expectations.

It was very clean, there was lots of nail Tech's, there was lots chairs for pedicures they gave you water and soda for free. It was soft music playing in the background. There was a very nice drying station for nails and pedicures. They had lots of different types of aromas for pedicures. It was a all-around nice experience. I'll definitely be going back.

Seldom do I provide feedback about lapses in quality of service that I experience. However, I feel compelled to do so this time for both the Crystal Nails business owner as well as former and current customers who may have encountered similar issues and potential customers considering scheduling future appointments. I received a good pedicure service. Nevertheless, the manicure service provided by the same technician was mediocre at best, which was perplexing. The nail technician’s skills and attention to detail were inconsistent with professional standards. Nail shaping and application of the polish was below standards and a challenge for the nail technician. Crystal nails in Savannah is terrible the manicure did not last two days had a manicure and pedicure French style done and it was terrible within 2 days the first day it looked good 2 Days later the Polish just kept peeling and it was supposed to be gel nail. Gel nail does not peel that fast they charged me $100 and I went on vacation and it was terrible I would never recommend anybody to go there they are too expensive and poorly done work
