Hit or miss. My first time here my nails were amazing and lasted about 4 -5 weeks without chipping or breaking off. I was super impressed. My second time here the experience itself was good, but when I got home I noticed my pedicure left my feet still dry and cracked, my gel manicure was uneven with globs of gel and one of my nails was filed super uneven. I love the color though. I’ll probably be back, but more specific about who I work with as not all nail techs are the same.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. I came in for a gel manicure and pedicure, and unfortunately, the service felt rushed from start to finish. I had to repeatedly give feedback on how I wanted my nails shaped, but my technicians didn’t seem attentive especially when it came to trimming my nails to the length I requested. During the pedicure, the foot and leg massage was uncomfortable, as excessive pressure was applied directly to my shin bone. Towards the end, my nails weren’t fully coated with polish, and I wasn’t given the opportunity to speak up as the service felt hurried, despite it not being close to closing time. Overall, the atmosphere lacked warmth and care. Sadly, I won’t be returning to this location.

Extremely unprofessional and insensitive staff- my friend came in to get her nails done but was harassed by persistent offensive political statements about her home country. She tried to drop the issue but staff member continued to argue with her. This establishment needs to hold its staff to higher standards regarding cultural and political sensitivity and professionalism. 100% would not recommend

I live a block away from Crystal Nails so they are my go-to in the area. All of the technicians are absolutely lovely and professional. The owner is the sweetest woman and always willing to help wherever needed! Really enjoy talking with her. That aside, I typically get my gel manicure done every two weeks and pedicure about once a month. Prices are super reasonable, I get the gel mani/regular pedi special for $50 (plus tip!). Also, I usually opt for a quick 10 minute massage while I wait for the old polish to soak and come off. They always give great massages! I have been coming here twice a month for the last year and cannot say enough about this place!

Arms waxed - oil was so hot it burned and irritated my skin. I told her the oil was too hot and she proceeded to blow on it for 1 second, but did not seem to take my concern seriously.
