Crystal Nails & Spa

Used to go here and found other places that had better prices, service and experience. The people are friendly but felt personally targeted when I was in there. I had just made a comment how I would like my nails short as possible and even because I had some longer than the other prior to getting a dip set and within the session nobody talked to me and had conversations amongst each other and when one of them showed a pic of my nails to another worker immediately chuckles. Not sure if it was towards me or what but just felt overall uncomfortable and unsatisfied with the outcome. Hasn’t even been a week and my nails have cracked and broke. Will not be returning here and called to let them know but even if they were to fix it I wouldn’t even want that service done I honestly rather just have

Preston started me off with my pedicure and it was amazing! It was very relaxing and the muted lighting made the experience calm and serene. Then, Kayla did my nails and was very attentive for the whole process, from picking colors to making sure that my nails were immaculate! She was very communicative with me, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. All around, for my first experience since moving to Texas, this was a 10! I will be back!

1st time there. My BF & I made appointments for pedicures. Also, I added a manicure & eyebrow wax. By far, they were the best place I’ve ever been to. So impressed that they used brand new nail files & foot scrubbers, then threw them away. Great job by Eric for me, and Kelly for my BF. He had never had a pedicure, but his feet looked brand new! We will definitely be back. 🥰

They were very polite and greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and Tara the lady who did my daughter's nails was very helpful with decisions when we showed her what we wanted. She did a fantastic job on my daughter's nails. I will be going back.

Vincent was so sweet and creative with helping me choose my style with my nails, he took his time to make sure everything such as shape, designs, colors, and length were all perfect ! I always love the service from Crystal Nails but especially from Vincent ! 10/10 !!
