Crystal Nails & Spa Miami

First and last time in this salon….. Came for a french full set Shown on the first picture ….. Unfortunately, the guy couldn’t paint the white tip even and he offered if I want just pink instead….at that point I knew he won’t be trying to make it even…. Left with pink acrylic, he could have asked another technician to fix it if he cannot do it….. Paid $50

The service here at this particular nail shop is really good. They have this iPad that sitting at the front as soon as you walk in for you to sign in. The facility was a very clean organized nail salon that they have going on. The nail shop is located on 441 off of 199st right next to Chili's. so it's hard not to get your nails and stop into Chili's. I got to admit there isn't that much parking lot. Or you know I should just say it's a lot of successful stores in this particular Plaza so sometimes it's hard to find parking so over all this particular nail shop I got excellent service way to go Crystal Nails

Terrible experience. I went in for manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was so minimal that I didn’t get the manicure. I got my eyebrows waxed and she also did a terrible job. I don’t even think they care about customer service. They did the least they could do and I will not be back.

This place sucks! Horrible. I did my nails five days ago and my acrylics popped off one by one. And when I did my nails the lady did them really fast which ended up coming out ugly and deformed. When I tried to tell her she didn’t understand me. Never again will I go there.

Good work but only 3 starts because their customer service isn't that great. All they have to do is acknowledge the guests, and then communicate "hey it's going to take this many minutes to get you to do this and that". If you see somebody still sitting there after awhile just say "sorry about the wait we will be with you".
