Crystal Nails Spa

Just got my nails done today and I’m in love, such a great experience at Crystal Nail. The music was so relaxing and chill, and I’m obsessed with this nail color 💅

I went here on New Year’s Day because nowhere else was open the lady that did my nails didn’t listen to what I was asking for instead she was telling me what’s best. I was going to get my feet done but I noticed she was either not understanding or doing what it is she wanted to do. To the point another customer stepped in and was telling her the same thing I was saying. All I asked was for French tip with color but with the clear nail she didn’t give me that. I asked for an over lay on my big toe and was trying to explain what I didn’t like and at that point I got up paid for my hands and left she tried to have me pay 10 for my feet but didn’t finish nor was they what I was asking for..

Update: I tried talking to you and giving you the feedback when I was in the store, you insulted by saying "you came in all hairy, look at it now". Where I simply pointing to 20 different lines you literally missed or were lazy to work on. Instead tried plucking each one which you picked on skin and make it hurt like hell. In many ways was impossible as it was long strips you missed. Absolutely ridiculous to post a bot msg now and try to save your image. Negative 100 rating. Negative 10, absolutely worst ever. She burnt my skin for waxing and left me half way through the process , came back after 30mins to do a worst job. Got mani, Pedi and waxing,... absolutely worst that it ruined the day anf left me with allergy bumps all over the legs. Same yourself the pain and money.

Very disappointing experience. The service was unprofessional, and the gel polish started chipping the same day. Within just four days it had completely peeled off. Would not recommend.

Trang is the best for acrylics!! I got my nails done at a different salon and it was lifting so badly but I came here to get it fixed and she was so detail oriented. I have been going to her ever since. Highly recommend. My go to salon in San Leandro!
