Crystal Plus Nail Salon

I’ve been coming here for over a year now and I can honestly say it’s the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. The consistency is amazing — every manicure and pedicure I’ve gotten has been perfect. The staff remembers me and always greets me with a smile. The atmosphere is calm, never rushed or chaotic. I love how many color options they have, from trendy designs to classic shades. Prices are fair for the level of service you get. My nails always last weeks without chipping. This place feels like a little treat every time I visit. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I visited this location twice after relocating to the area. The first time the nail came off the next day I went to my previous nail tech even though it was quite a distance because I didn’t trust them doing my nails anymore. I was pressed for time and went to the location to get my nails done again and it was the same thing however this time the color came off as well. I went there to fix my nail and the guy had an attitude when I showed him all the nails that needed to be polished. Don’t waste your time and money going here. I wish I could give a 0 out

So I've been going there for about a year now and from what I've seen, there's only 2 nail techs there that are actually good & really know what they're doing, everybody else I've tried there was actually horrible. I would actually give the two good ones 5 stars, and I wouldn't even give the rest of them 1 star. But since that's not possible, I averaged it out the best I could. But the two I'm going to talk about are so good that it's worth it to keep going just for them. They're Asian, are brother & sister and their stations are connected to each other. When you first walk in, theirs is the first 2 stations you see on the right hand side. Their booths are the only 2 that are turned to the side, all the other ones are facing the back of the salon. Came here a total of 3 times. The first two times were okay. Bad customer service however, but my manicures came out okay and my pedicure lasted long so I went back trusting that they were experienced or even licensed nail techs…Which is questionable now. The last time I went I did an acrylic set because I heard it’s good for retention/nail growth. Less than 3weeks later I went back for a soak off because I wanted to do another gel manicure. She soaked both hands multiple times for it not to come off. I still paid full price. I came back within the same week to see if they could either drill it off or give me a partial refund considering I paid for a full price and got a half-assed service. They laughed in my face and said no refunds here. And then continued to say wow whoever did these ac
