Amazing. Truly. I came in feeling very stressed and down. The ladies working on me did an excellent job. They were caring, and very thorough. The massage on my feet and legs during the pedicure was outstanding. I feel so much better than I did walking in. The music is nice and relaxing, too. Highly recommend. :)

KIM IS AMAZING. The whole staff is fantastic. I have had my nails done hundreds of times, and when I moved to Oceanside two years ago I was at a loss. I asked around and read reviews, but everyone I found was kind of awful. Then I took a chance and went into Crystal Rose. BINGO! Kim does such a good job (on gel, acrylic, or dip powder); she is a PRO! and the staff is also fantastic—my pedicures are always amazing. They pay attention to details, it's a really friendly atmosphere, and you can tell people there are regulars, which creates such a great feeling.

The main nail lady (I think part owner) was awesome! She convinced me to get gel on my acrylics and I was not disappointed. I picked out 2 colors but when she found out I was going to a concert, she said she'd choose a better design and make me fancier. I was so happy with my nails! They're very thin but durable, which is what I want, and she created an amazing design. I love my new nails!

This place was recommended to me by a friend. I am visiting and I came to get my nails done with Kim. She is the sweetest and did such a great job. I would come back just for her. Everyone so friendly and I love my nails. Very happy, thank you guys!

I grew out my nails long so I could get the inspo photo that I brought in and showed her several times. It started with a pedi that was painful and she cut my toe so bad she made me bleed and said it was my fault for having short toe nails. After my pedi, I sat down to have a manicure and had the I inspiration photo on the desk for her to reference the entire time. She cut my nails so short and started filing them. When she showed me the first nail I asked if she could make it more of a point and so she proceeded to file my nails down to nubs. She struggled to finish the white tip and had someone else step in. I could tell the other stylist could tell she botched my nails. Super bummed about this and my fingers and toes are in pain from being cut so short. Oh yeah, my mani and pedi also to
