I’ve been going to Crystal’s Beauty Boutique 2 for about three years now, and I honestly wouldn’t trust my nails to anyone else. The designs are always beautiful, detailed, and exactly what I ask for (sometimes even better than what I imagined). Crystal educated me on the differences in the products that she uses vs. other salons and she has taken such good care of my natural nails and I always have fabulous acrylic nail designs. The customer service is amazing—they truly go the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable and taken care of, never rushed, and always accommodating with scheduling when possible. Every visit feels personal, welcoming, and professional. Consistently great work and an all-around great experience. I highly recommend!

Crystal is THAT girl. Amazing nails, great vibes, and somehow every appointment turns into a therapy + hype session 😂 My nails have been growing so healthy and look better and better after each appointment. Her prices are fair, her work is flawless, and she’s an awesome small business owner. If you’re not booking with her, you’re missing out.

CBB is my favorite nail salon to go to. Crystal is so attentive, creative and professional. Not only does she have quality service, but she provides quality hospitality as well as soon as you walk through the shop. My designs and nails have never looked so good and I always receive compliments. Crystal is a beast at her designs and the precision is on point! Please do not walk, RUN !!!! She’s the best

I started coming to this beautiful salon in December 2025, and I’ve had such a wonderful experience. The owner, Crystal, is very friendly and pleasant. When I first came in, I explained that I’m allergic to UV light because my cuticles usually swell and burn. She reassured me and suggested trying the HEMA-free option for sensitive skin. She even told me that if it didn’t work, she would refund me. I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did — it’s been amazing! My nails no longer swell or burn, and they feel healthy again. I absolutely love the results. The salon is beautiful, clean, and very well kept. I truly have nothing bad to say. Thank you so much, Crystal, for your care and professionalism!. I started going to this salon two months ago and I absolutely LOVE it! I’d had bad experiences at other neighborhood salons, but Tammy did my nails so perfectly, I was beyond happy! She’s incredibly gentle with cuticles and the red polish turned out flawless ❤️ You can really feel how much they care about their clients, Tammy and Crystal made sure that I, and everyone else in the salon felt comfortable the entire time. 100% recommended, hands down the best salon in Bushwick! ✨
