Owners are very rude and disrespectful. I will not give my money and support these type of scammers. Do not do exchanges even if hair not used/ unopened . And took hair to my stylist she said it’s not human hair as they claimed .

I read all the reviews and that's horrible it makes me want to go there just to give this "girl" a hard time she thinks she has a bad attitude mines is unmatched but I wouldn't waste gas or time stepping foot into that place thank you to the ppl who wrote a review I will make sure no one I know steps foot in there

Do not support this business. There is little concern for customers' having a decent experience. Today I went to CT Beauty Max, and one of the attendance was incredibly mean to me. I don't know if she was just having a bad day, but we all have bad days, and it isn't fair to take that out on other people. I went in to buy a hair treatment, and when I got to the cashier, she eventually asked me to whether the card was debit or credit. I said, "I don't know it's my dad's card". Then she said, "well he's gonna have to come in here," and I and I asked her why, and if it was really necessary (my dad was on a business call in the car). I called my dad, however, to come inside. In the meantime, I was trying to understand why he had to come inside, because I have replied, "I don't know" to the
