CT Nails

I went in for an acrylic soak off and the man ruined my nail beds. Not only did he cut off all my length, he did not shape them. He did not change the bit once, tore through them with the largest grit, left deep pits in my cuticle line from the bit, and shaved some spots down to paper thin...I very rarely get my nails done. The acrylic that was applied at a different place before visiting here for the soak off was the first time in 3 years. My nails were strong and healthy, but now they are flimsy and trashed. I have to start the growing process all over again. I will not be back.
