Horrifying experience at this nail shop. The man is aggressive & rude. He sucks at gel nails. I requested a full set acrylic nails & he said that gel nails were better. So I opt for it. Horrible work. Very thin, not shaped correctly. When I asked him to fix it he got mad at me and said he was going to call the police on me because I don’t pay. What?! I asked him to FIX it before I pay. I was crying hysterically and he continue to yell at me in front of other customers. Needless to say, his wife ended of fixing it after he stormed off having a temper tantrum. A week later & the nails started to break and slowly popped off one by one. Great. $60 down the drain.

This is one of the cleanest, friendly shops I've been to. Dealing with Covic19 its hard to find a decent shop to attend. Keep up the good work ct nails and spa and you'll keep your customers feeling safe while getting good service 😊

It's very nice place. Its never crowded. No appointment is needed. The nails polish selection is immense. Long term customers i see.

Staff was friendly and took me in for services right away. The place was dusty and dirty and the gentlemen who did my pedicure left much to be desired. The gel was caked on so thick that 2 of my toe nail gels peeled off the next day; they also had these odd swirly lines all through them that he noticed but said "its your nail"...it wasn't. He did a good job painting my nails but they too, peeled off within 3-4 days and chipped off within the week. Its been just over a week since I've been and I'm going to another place today to see if I can get a mani/pedi that lasts at least a week. There was also no detail to cuticle care; my mani/pedi took NO MORE than 1 hour, so it was a bit sloppy. Again, friendly and less expensive than most. But, the quality and cleanliness isn't there. This place is AMAZING. I've been to several other nail salons since I moved to the area and now I am not going anywhere else! I got a pedicure with lots of customizations--french tip, glitter, designs-- and the woman who was performing the service NAILED it (pun intended😋). I had pretty cracked heels too and she really went to town and smoothed them out completely, my feet feel so good. I have gotten tons of compliments and I love my toes so much! If you're with somebody with a foot fetish, this is definitely the place to go for cute toes haha! Thank you CT Nails!!
