Stop acting like Black customers are the issue when you’re literally selling Black products. The staring, following, and rude attitude is not customer service. it’s harassment. On top of that, the prices are extremely inflated. Go to any other beauty supply or even Amazon and compare it’s ridiculous. The store has a strong odor when you walk in and the energy feels uncomfortable, not welcoming at all. We are the customers who keep this business running, yet we aren’t treated with respect. I’d rather shop anywhere else. Won’t be returning. ⭐ 1 star.

My experience is always positive. I stopped in Tuesday and the young lady working on the floor was very helpful! I will go again, weather permitting.

The lady that works there (an older Korean lady) isn’t very friendly. No one is overly friendly and I’m not sure if that is cultural. Maybe there are things going on in their personal life because they never seem joyful but if you go farther south on Pulaski in the parking lot of Walmart in country club hills, they are Christian and very nice.
