Well worth it! Daysa is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, truly takes the time to listen to you, learn your hair, and give the best possible advise (middle ground) to work with, even for us minimalist and simple process seekers when it comes to hair care (loving our hair). I love the concept in the service she provides - it is novel, truly educational and helpful as we learn and grow together. I'll definitely be back. See you soon!

I’m SO SO in love with my haircut, thank you so much Daysa! The appointment was so informative and affirming, and I truly felt comfortable and heard during the whole process. She made me feel excited and confident about my hair and taking care of my hair which I hadn’t felt in so long. I will definitely be coming back!! Also, Daysa is doing such amazing work all alone which is so incredible and inspiring. I can’t wait to see her continue to grow!

Daysa got me all the way together! Not only cut and styled my curls but education— she led me through what she saw and how I could make adjustments and do what she was doing in the salon at home. Followed up by an EMAIL with everything she suggested! Never once pushed a product on me either- it was awesome. Absolutely love her and will be back!!

I had such a wonderful experience getting my haircut here. I went in for a big chop, and Daysa immediately made me feel so comfortable. She took the time to explain every step of the process and taught me how to properly wash, style, and care for my hair. I truly felt listened to and knew my hair was in great hands. I left the salon feeling confident, empowered, and genuinely excited to start my curly hair journey. I can’t recommend her enough! :)

OMG my curls are GORGEOUS. Cut, partial highlights, wash & style... I am bi racial - Dad is black, Mom is white- but I only grew up w my Mom. She did the best she could, but I never learned how to care for my hair. I was super nervous going into this appointment expecting to either be talked down to, not listened to, or just be intimidated. Daysa made my first venture in 20 yrs into a hair salon SO AMAZING. She showed genuine interest in me, my story, and my relationship with my hair (not great, more resentful). She is so easy to speak with, and you can genuinely tell she cares. The experience was great, the finished product is GORGEOUS, and she taught me how to care for MY curls. She's really means it when she says she wants her clients to know their hair better.
