THESE PEOPLE HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BE LYING CAUSE THEY DONT FEEL LIKE DOIN THEIR JOB I CAME ONE WEEK GOT MY TOES DONE GLOW IN THE DARK I CAME BCK TO GET MY FINGER NAILS DONE WITH THE SAME GLOW IN THE DARK PRODUCT ON TOP OF THAT I EVEN ASKED 3 TIMES AND NOONE BRUNG ME THE GLOW IN THE DARK NAIL COLOR OPTION PALETTE EVEN THE DUDE WHO RIDING AROUND ON THE BIKE DIDNT HELP THEY JUST SAID NO I CANT DO THAT CAUSE ITS ONLY POWDER SHE DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME AN OPTION JUST STRAIGHT UP NO NO ONE TRIED TO COME IN AND ASK IF THEY COULD INTERVENE OR HELP INSTEAD THIS WAS A WASTE OF A TRIP IVE CAME HERE MANY TIMES WHEN THEY HAD OTHER STAFF I NOW WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS RUDE AHH ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN💯

I went to get my acrylic taken off and just do gel polish. We'll man broke 2 of my nails .he nicked my skin and didnt even say he was sorry .He didn't do a good job so I was just going to pay for the over priced service byt I wasn't gonna give a tip. But the man put a tip from his end . I didn't notice the charge till the next day. Then the nails broke to days later and gel polish has been chipping away. How is it that powder remover and French tip gel polish cost 60 bucks thats like a whole new full set. Tech was horrible nail service was horrible and quality is shit. Now to say exactly 1 week I had to cut my nails because my hair kept getting pulled from the nails breaking and edges lifting so 60 bucks wasted.

Got a pedicure and a dip set on 6/13. 3 days after nails started cracking. Cracks down the middle of at least 6 nails. So I came back sun 6/19 to get them fixed. Was asked for my receipt, Which is fine but I did not get one so it offered to pull the transaction on my back account . To whit h the man tony scoffed at me like I was Lying about coming the week before. So I pulled it anyways to show him. The whole time he was fixing them he was rude. Rushing . And made comments . When I said something I was basically ganged up on by him and another woman . Nails came out worse after the fixing them they were when I came in with them cracked . . My daughter came with me to get just a acrylic white tip she Ended up with clear tips and a pink gel polish . Not at all what she asked for and when we

Worst nail experience ever! I will never come back, nail tech was sloppy, rushing even though no customers were in shop, never had me wash my hands & dust particles are all underneath my pink & white solar set. Went back in to speak with manager before leaving this review and he just had him file down the huge bumps in a few of the nails but I guess the smaller ones I’m stuck with. I’ve never had to leave a negative nail shop review but this was pathetic and for this to be a brand new salon I don’t understand why everything is so dirty inside. Never again!
