Custom Nails Spa

Decided to get a basic gel polish & the gentleman who did them, I assume, painted way too many layers of polish. I Went on Sunday to get them done and by Tuesday I had chips & bubbles on my nails. I called on Wednesday and Dennis stated that he would help me the following day..but when I came they only offer to fix the nails that were chipped. I asked for them to be redone because I had just came on Sunday and by Wednesday (3 days) they were chipping. That means that they would all eventually chip because they were done incorrectly. They did not truly listen to me and refused to redo my messed up nails. I started going to this shop around march 25’ and i normally get long full sets (no cut down) and a pedi .. $122 AMAZING.. the last 3 times I went back I got extremely short nails …and only color change on my toes .. same price?? But yall charge for length.. so it shouldn’t be the same price ..& I did not get a pedicure.. Thursday this week I go in for my birthday set .. simple SHORT nails and paint only on toes STILL 122.. and quality has changed drastically my nails were very poorly painted & my gel polish started chipping the NEXT DAY my nails were burning throughout the acrylic application (which sometimes is normal for me) but this was a intense burn… very disappointing

I found Custom nails from a referral to Kier and i was not disappointed! She has such a warm spirit that’ll immediately make you comfortable, much attention to detail and is so creative with her art. My nails last BEYOND 4 weeks if i let them with no lifting, chipping or any issue. The quality is out of this world and on top of her customer service she makes it all worth while. I am so grateful to have found Kierstyn!!

I had a disappointing experience with Nick at Custom Nails. From the start, his station was messy and unorganized, which should have been my first red flag. Throughout the appointment, he didn’t follow the proper procedures for applying builder gel—my nails weren’t shaped or buffed correctly, leaving an uneven and unfinished look. I showed him pictures of the design I wanted, and he assured me he could execute it. However, the final result was far from what I had requested. When I provided polite feedback, instead of addressing my concerns professionally, he became defensive and even told me that I had wasted his time. A nail appointment should be a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but this was anything but. I wouldn’t recommend Nick to anyone looking for quality work and good customer

I booked an appointment at this nail salon under a completely different google page. The tech there named Sky has her own Google page but she works out of this building. I thought I had the wrong place and drove past this place several times looking for Sky's Nail salon. Any way, once I finally decided to walk in after thinking it was another salon I was looking for, 8 minutes past the appointment time, she already had another client in her chair, so I ended up with Mick. Sky didnt seem to care btw. I guess that's his name. This dude is pretty unfriendly, not very thorough and a bit rude. The results were just ok. Nothing to write home about, but served the purpose in a tight crunch, thus the two stars. Customer service is not a priority here. It feels like a factory, just churning walk-i
