Cute Nails

I’m not sure how this place got 4.5 stars. I went here thinking that this was another salon that I had previously visited. I was trying to catch a flight so, when I discovered it was the wrong place I looked it up, saw the reviews and decided to give it a try. Worse nail experience ever!!!! I had an ingrown toe nail which I always have. Usually the nail tech will cut it out. This one chose to cut half way down then pull it. When I let him know that he was really hurting me, he said “no, let me do”, and kept pulling. He pulled until I started to bleed even though I was asking him to stop. Prior to doing that, he had given me a manicure. It had taken forever because they claimed the polish was bad and the gel polish kept lifting off. I allowed them to fix it several times. This is my second time visiting and I leave more impressed every time. The quality of service is always professional. The nail tech and I talked through options of SNS or full set. He explained the benefits and did a great job with my French tip set. He took his time making sure my nails were perfect. My hands look so much better! I also got a delux pedicure. Her massage was very good. She took her time and made my feet look beautiful. Prices are very reasonable. The vibe is peaceful and very relaxing!

I am a guy who hasn’t ever gotten a pedicure. I’ve been here 3 times now this year! The Techs are all amazing and the shop is always clean with a friendly atmosphere. Do yourself a favor fellas, go see Monty (shop owner)! (My feet are definitely man’s feet, but they get me right!!)

The best Mani/Pedi experience ever! Anne is the best! I was afraid to get a pedicure because my toenails are thick, ugly and sensitive. Anne was so gentle and kind. I am going to be a customer for life. She also made my natural fingernails look amazing. The shop was clean, and the customer experience was a 10. The massage chair is wonderful too. Monty and Angel are excellent too. Angel did my husband's Pedi, and Monty did my mom's Pedi.

I tried, I really really did. Great area, perfect location, very friendly crew, a fun vibe atmosphere. I love the fact that the gentleman went out of his way to mix up exactly what I wanted for French manicure color. However, quality of workmanship was horrific on this particular day. No cuticles pushed back or trimmed. All nails began lifted 3-4 days later. Therefore pinky nail in question popped off on 3rd day. The fact that pinky nails being two totally different shapes, as well as sizes. Despite me bringing it to his attention 4 or 5 different times. Another employee came, looked and agreed that they were different. He answered with "I have been doing nails for 10 years." 😱🤐 So I said no my nail does not grow like this...It's been 14 days.
