The location was clean and my nail technician was polite. However the acrylic overlay on a new set was VERY thin. I expressed my concern on the durability of a very thin application and on shaping and was given the option to return the next day and have it adjusted with another nail tech. Although I understand every technician has a different style of crafting their art, the consumers needs also need to be taken into consideration, this is a service we are paying for. Offering to return at another time and with someone else was a disappointing response. It is important to remember the nail tech needs their clients as much as we need them. Perhaps offering a better solution at the time of the visit vs posting how not every nail tech is for everyone would have yielded a better review.

If you are looking for a truly detail-oriented technician, I cannot recommend Aracelis enough. I have been coming to this salon for a few years and have had a mix of experiences, but Aracelis is now my permanent GO TO! I’m writing this to help guide people toward the more experienced technicians here. I am very particular and prefer a Russian-style finish; Aracelis uses sculpting gel and is incredibly meticulous with her shaping. She gets the product perfectly close to the cuticles for that seamless look. As a toddler mom, durability is a must—my sets from her consistently last over a month without issues. She truly takes her time to ensure perfection

If you get rescheduled for Lisa CANCEL immediately!!! I visited the West Side location as I booked an appointment online with Annie. I was told upon arrival that the nail tech that I booked with would not be coming in that day. I came in with a design in mind. Now I’m in the other tech’s chair (Lisa) and I show her the design I wanted. I wanted a 3D flower. She told me she was unable to do this. I was willing to do a painted on floral design instead. Several things annoyed me with the service after I showed her my original inspo picture. 1.) She mentioned how she saw that I made a payment online and how being that I want a nail design that’s extra. Fine. I already had a feeling I would have to pay more but her tone was nasty. It was as if she was irritated. 2.) She kept telling me to relax

TL;DR Inconsistent pricing. Poor shaping and iffy execution. I asked for coffin and got square. I was set for a 2:30 but was told to come in at 2 last minute. Was kinda frustrating as I had set plans but accommodated. Front desk and technicians do not coordinate. They tell you different quotes and prices. I felt played after leaving and talking to a friend about my experience and comparing it to my past experiences. I asked for a quote on the phone and texted pic inspos. Was told basic acrylic starts at $65 and designs generally $50-60. I sent a pic and was told my design would come to about $110-120. I was told other designs I sent are more technical designs because they’re hand painted which they charge up to $70 for and require advanced notice. So I opted for the $120. I was told on

Not the happiest with my manicure after my second visit at this nail salon. My first visit was two years ago and asked for a gel purple french tip with flowers on them with medium length round nails. The nail art was not the best, and my nails broke within days of getting my nails done. I thought the breakage was because my nails were on the longer end, but I chose not to go back. I needed to get my nails cleaned up after having a grown out gel manicure a week and a half ago elsewhere.. since I was in a pinch, I made an appointment for this location since it is local. I called and asked for an appointment for the same day and asked for the best nail tech. The nail tech made my nails a little too almond shaped, even after I had asked her to keep them pretty round, she did not ask me if I w
