Madeline gave me a fabulous blowout style at Cutler SoHo! The blowout was flawless:smooth, bouncy, and full of volume. My hair felt great and I received many compliments! The appointment with Madeline was so relaxing from the time she washed my hair and gently massaged my head to giving me a fabulous look! If you want a great stylist- look no further!! I highly recommend Madeline at Cutler SoHo!

I had an appointment at this location, and had requested a haircut consisting of a couple of inches taken off the bottom some layers and face framing. This is the first stylist I have seen since living in NYC, and was incredibly nervous it would go awry... and it did. I did not get to see the haircut once it was completed, as this stylist immediately started styling my hair (I wonder why!!🫠) Once the styling fell it revealed an uneven, jagged and poorly blended haircut. The face framing is choppy, very thick, and much shorter than requested. Unfortunately there is no way I can style my hair down now, as nothing I can do will hide the cut. Cutler Salon is a standout. I had a fantastic cut with Madeline Bittner, and I’ve also been a color model with Chloe Pinto, who is wonderful. What really sets Cutler apart is the warmth of the team and their support of apprentices and upcoming stylists—you truly feel cared for as a client. A beautiful, professional, and welcoming salon experience every time. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful salon! Everyone is accommodating and professional. Mallory gave me an AMAZING cut! I love it more each time I see it! She really listened to what I wanted and just did everything in the most professional and kind manner. Honestly one of the best experiences I've had at a salon anywhere in the US, Europe or Japan! I can't wait to always ask for her.
