Cuts by US

Been coming here for years but the last two times I’ve tired to get my hair cut employees were rude. And today I was waiting my turn while an employee wasn’t doing anything but as soon as another customer walks in they pull them to the back.

Went in in afternoon for a simple cut there were only 2 lady's working actually 1 the other one other employees disappeared in back I sat there for 40 min one of the lady's spent that 4o min on a young boys hair that look like it should b a 10 min cut at this point I just left I won't return here bad service

I've been going to Kate for years now. I love the way she cuts and colors my hair. She's the best.

UPDATE BELOW ZERO STARS!! Went in for highlights and a trim on 5/23/20 and realized at home that my was streaky, botched and that I had vertical lines on the top of my head. Went back on 5/24/20 to show the manager my hair and she acted like she did not care and one of the other stylist laughed a little when they saw the top of my head. My botched hair that one of their stylist messed up is not a laughing matter. I went somewhere else to get my hair fixed. UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: I’ve tried reaching out to the home office multiple times in the past week to get a refund. All I’m getting is the run around, either no one answers or I leave my name and number to be called back and no one does. Beyond satisfied!! Just wish I had remembered to get her name. My 14 year old son went in wanting a big change from long to short, and she did amazing!! He couldn't stop smiling. Cut was only $17
