I had a wonderful experience with Dasia doing my nails for the first time on yesterday. I was very pleased with her work. I am looking forward to returning to have more services done by her. Thank you Champagne for the referral ❤️

This barber shop deserves zero stars for blatant racism and unprofessional behavior. My husband was referred to as “Chico” and then told, “we don’t cut Chico hair.” That statement is offensive, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable under any circumstances. Let me be clear: if you do not service certain hair textures, you say that professionally. You do not use racial slurs or reduce someone’s identity to a stereotype. What happened was not poor wording—it was racism, plain and simple. No one should walk into a business and be humiliated or made to feel inferior because of who they are. This shop clearly lacks basic respect, cultural awareness, and professionalism. I strongly advise anyone who values dignity and decency to take their business elsewhere.

My son was taken for a hair cut and his hair was butchered, John was tagged in my post looking for someone to help fix it for me. He personally messaged me, and told me to come to the shop in 40 minutes he would fix it for me! Thank you for fixing my boy up, and he said he wants to go back for his next cut and will bring his Dad who since moving to SC has yet to find a good barber! Thank you again for saving the day!

I was telling my mother that due to spending so much money getting my car repaired, I was having a hard time coming up with the money to get my boys hair cuts (recent barbers were charging me $25 a head regardless of age). She pulled up Cuttin' Up Barber Shop & Salon and mentioned me calling to see if I could get assistance with getting my kids hair cut. I spoke to a very personable and understanding John who mentioned that he had a close friend that gives back to the community by sponsoring boys hair cuts and he was willing to help me. John was extremely patient as I figured out the hair cut styles I wanted for my youngest boys, and even informed me about the previous barber work regarding my children's hair. I am beyond APPRECIATIVE for the selfless act to make sure my boys looked there
