Cutting Hair Salon

I came in with my loved one about a month ago to have their haircut by Rose. She charged us $15 for a basic fade nothing special. This month I came back and was met by Letty who said they had not charged that price in years and in fact they were going to raise prices, and she was charging $21 for a basic fade. It’s not the $21 that bothered me but the way she spoke and her attitude about it. Not only that but she’s charging her own amount apart from what I paid before a month prior. I also acknowledged that there was an older Caucasian senior barely being able to communicate with Letty because she does not speak good English but Letty was telling her other coworker, an older lady in Spanish that when customers ask for specific instructions in their preferred haircut you could charge them m

A no-frills shop. Leticia cut my hair. It was very long and dead and messy. She was very good and professional and it was only $28 for long hair. Patient, looked at my pictures, listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. She was also great at blowing it out. Put on special shine cream and used cool air after each hot air strand. I didn’t take the greatest picture, but I am very happy with my hair and experience, and will return!

Leti genuinely cares about her customers and employees, she is very fair and treats us all equally. You're always welcomed with a huge smile and the atmosphere is pleasant to be in while getting your hair cut or accompanying someone else getting their hair cut. Plus she is excellent with hair. Everyone leaves her shop very happy.

Letty is the hair guru of Lake Elsinore. She is a master at color, and her hands are blessed. No one else will touch my hair. She is a gift!

Don't waste your time or money going here, they messed up my hair big time i even returned to get it fixed and she still didn't leave it right seriosly dont bother they dont know how to cut hair
