Kara did an amazing job with my 4 yr old son who is super sensitive to hair all over him. She was quick, detailed, and affordable. Will be our go to place. Only negative is getting through to book reservations is very difficult.

The first time I called, Stan answered the phone and wasn't very polite. I chalked it up to him having a bad day. The second time, it was the same, so I guess he is just jaded or doesn't believe in soft skills or customer service. I made an appointment regardless, and decided to give them a try. It's a small place, not modern or kept up to date, but I guess it works for Kara and Stan. When I was seated in the chair, it was really uncomfortable and seemed to be as old as Stan. I asked to have the back adjusted so I didn't feel as though I was in a lounge chair, but Stan said that is just the way it was. Kara is an absolute sweetheart! I went in looking like a hot mess and came out looking like a functioning human person! She gave me some super helpful tips to address how thin my hair is and the best ways to style it and made sure I was happy with it. She was a great conversationalist to boot! I'll definitely be going here from now o !!
