I don’t think I’ve ever had even a decent experience here. Been here three times. First time got a haircut and a beard trim - they offered a free razor close shave… I walked out after that with my neck bleeding from the absolute sword wounds they carved into me. Second time got a haircut and my hairline was so crooked it should’ve been working for the local police department. Third time I called in and made an appointment that somehow got made with the wrong location??? I’m not sure about you but generally when I open google maps and hover over the exact aerial depiction of the location I wish to visit and click on the listend phone number there I just assumed it would be that location, but I must be the crazy one for thinking that. Ended up waiting in a line of walkins on my limited break

We went here yesterday for the first time and I don’t recommend. I can’t speak for all of the stylists and I don’t even know ours name because no one told us who it would be and she never introduced herself. I called around 2:30 pm. I informed the receptionist that my son is very particular and wanted a blowout taper. I asked who specifically does those often and she said I would be best off with Lindsay. I confirmed they were open to 7 and said I would be bringing him later. We arrived at 5:49. I told the girl at the at the desk we had spoke with someone and been told to walk in for Lindsay. I have been coming here for a few times and the haircuts have been mid. But my newest hair cut with them was my last straw she completely did the opposite of what i asked her to do and made it look like a drunk person cut my hair. I would never recommend this place to anyone.DON’T GO HERE!!!
