If I could give a negative star I would--TERRIBLE experience. I was scheduled for an 8:30am appointment and was told the braider was "on the way". She arrived at 9, and started on my head at around 9:15. Then someone came to tell her she had another 11am client. She took her time in the front, but apparently rushed through the back and didn't offer a mirror to check the back. In what was supposed to be a feed-in ponytail, there were 11 braids going up the front of the ponytail and FIVE braids going up the back--not symmetrical at all. Sizes and braids were lopsided. I called to get it fixed, and I was told 4 days in a row "No one is available" come back tomorrow" the next day would come, and they kept saying come back tomorrow they just thought I'd get tired and give up. They got me in for small knotless on a Friday at 6pm and I was out by 11. Everyone was really pleasant and the atmosphere was great. I loved everything about the experience except my hair. I asked for knotless but have knots on my hair. I’ve been getting my hair braided for 30 years so I know the difference. There is a legit knot on every one of my braids so it’s very heavy and it hurts. I also have numerous different sizes. Small & medium & some misshaped. Hair is coming out of the braids. But the worse part besides the knots at the root are the ends. The ends were chopped straight across and they’re bulky because they knotted them. I look crazy. Some ends are bluntly cut exactly at the knot, some have a bunch of loose hair and some they cut the knot completely off. It’s a mess. Which is

I had high hopes for this place especially since the majority of the reviews I read were good. I am writing this review to detail my recent experience at the salon. While I am satisfied with the final look of my hair, the overall service and experience were extremely disappointing. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30 a.m., but upon arrival, it was clear that the salon does not honor appointment times. I was told they were short-staffed and asked to return later. While I agreed, I still had to wait when I came back, as my braider had left to run an errand. The $20 wash and blow-dry was a negative experience. My hair, which is kinky and tangles easily, was not properly detangled, leading to significant hair loss. Mind you I get my hair washed and blow dryed before being braided at hair sal

I went here to get my hair done today and I had the worst experience!!!! My appointment was at 8:30 and she didn’t start on my head until 9:10 because they were too busy having conversations and I told the manger and the lady that I have to be somewhere after my appointment. Ahead of time I was told it was going to take me 3-4hrs to get my hair done so I scheduled an appointment 5 hrs after my original time. Not only did it take forever to get my hair done the lady doing my hair was also talking about me like I didn’t know what she was saying so I sat in the chair with a closed mouth!!! She had 4 people try to do my middle part and den asked me if it was in the middle and I told her “no” so she told me to fix it and I did and said something in her language and had people laughing at it.
