Daba African Hair Braiding

This place is not the same.. I won't be coming back to this african braiding salon never ever again. Lady rude over price and didn't look like the picture at all.. I need no stars at all stop getting people that can't braid..

I got my hair done recently for school at dabas hair braiding. I had a great experience, and definitely recommend y’all getting your hair braided. I got bohonotless in small and it was very full and long. I did use 2 packs of human hair. The service was also very fast I got there at 9am and finished at 5pm. Love this hair and will be going back!

Worst experience of my entire life. My appointment was set for 10 am she didn't show up till 11. I picked a style she had posted on the wall, box braids with the curly feathered ends. She quoted me $220 I paid upfront in cash. As she started my hair I made mention that the parts were to big an was told that's how she does it considering my hair is natural an thick an that if she were to make the parts smaller it would be to heavy. She then called her granddaughter that couldn't of been older then 15 to assist her with braiding. Midway through the service she started complaining about the length an tried to charge me an additional $80 after I had already paid the price she originally quoted. Before I came in I asked her if I needed to bring any hair and was told No, only to have my husband

Loc’s beauty, please be mindful of who you allow to do your Loc’s. The lady that done my hair Wednesday pulled one of my locs out. I was wondering why I heard a noise sounding like hair being ripped off. Soon as I got home, I took my ponytail down and discovered it. I’m really pissed! I would’ve went back up there to talk with the owner the same day….but I was pushed for time. I don’t appreciate it. Although it’s a civil matter, I’m still going to contact the police and file a report. I kept asking the lady is she was alright? She was acting weird

This was by far the worst service ever !!!!!!!! My appointment was at 10:00 am the braiders did not show up until a little after 11:00am I was livid! Then the stylist was going to sleep braiding my hair !! Most of my hair was out the braids then she tried to cut it off , “ I was like ma’am don’t do that “ they didn’t even apologize or acknowledge the fact that they were wrong this stylist took 9hours to do my hair in tribal braids. The shop was dirty an they had old hair wash towels in a basket that had not been cleaned the day before the place was disgusting 🤮
