Excellent service. Alberto is one of the best in the industry. His work is personalized and high quality. He has done highlights for me for over 10 years.

Made an appointment at 5:00pm for 3 haircuts. Got there at 4:58, the guy was acknowledge of the 3 person coming and started the first haircut for us until 5:40. He ended up at 7 just for 2 haircuts and at the end I couldn’t even had mine. Literally a wasted of my time sitting in a chair for almost 2 hours waiting and at the end not even getting a haircut. I felt it was really unprofessional, if you know you don’t have the time please don’t even accept the appointment or say that you would just have time for certain people. First time I’ve had this kind of unprofessional experience in a hair salon.

Alberto is an excelent stilist, artist and friendly man.

Place is clean, I was attended without an appointment but I wish I wouldn’t have been. I asked for one inch cut off and showed an example of the haircut I wanted. The stylist cut my hair and curled it without washing it. I didn’t realize how choppy it was til the next day when I styled it myself. Worst haircut ever. To make things worse she cut off not 1, not 2 but 3 to 4 inches or hair.
