Daily Nails

Worse fill in service. Initially I refused gel polish and the staff still went over to grab one telling me it was 50 for the fill in with and additional 5 for shaping (which was not done correctly i was left with some round shape and some almost almond). I told her I did not want gel and she continued to try pressuring me, to charge me the same anyways. She rushed the job and proceeded to do a top coat eventually when she found the polish, applying while standing in a rush to attend the next person. It was the worse set of nails I've had. I should of read the reviews. My regular nail tech charges similar for a new set of acrylic and does a way better job. Listen to the warning sign posted on the door and dont bother entering.

This is my second time here I gave them the benefit of the doubt cause they messed up my nails the first time I was like I’ll give them another try only for them to rush through everything and still didn’t look good I had to tell lady multiple time what I wanted my nails were not what I showed her the first picture is what I wanted the second and third is what I got smh I’m not going back I have this place two chances when you ask them to do something it’s like they have an attitude….

I went to go get my nails done YESTERDAY & one already broken. They already gave me terrible service & double price. Horrible work conditions. 0/10 would not recommend. I did not like the nails i received & still payed the price. The nails was very chunky & rushed.

I received SNS nails on Thursday. All my nails were cracking and breaking on the following Monday. I went in to get them fixed and they was trying to charge me $4 per nail. The lady talking about I probably cracked them at work. I said baby I work in a lab doing nothing to crack SNS...lol. I will never go there again. I do not recommend this shop. Period....

This place is no longer my favorite. Terrible when it comes to communicating. I have gone here several times simply asking for service and it’s like a big deal each time. Tina is very rude and the others are non chulant. They obviously don’t care about their customers. Had a pedicure done last week and one of my toes needed to be redone. I walked in had only one question. Can someone redo my toe. You would have thought I accused them of doing something awful when I simply asked to have it redone. It was no big deal to me who did it nor was an accusing anyone. It’s always a problem here lately so I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go someplace where customers are valued and the environment is pleasant!
