Customer Reviews
Loved the salon and have been coming here for years, but sadly, I will not be able to come here anymore. I was there on Saturday and had an appointment when I was getting a pedicure. I noticed that my cuticle hurt and I thought maybe she just nipped the cuticle bed I didn’t think anything of it but as of Monday night my foot started to be an excruciating pain I then woke up this morning. My toes been swollen and pus completely pouring out of the nail bed. I have a severe infection and will need to go see a podiatrist to get medication because of this. I have never had this happen to me, but from what the doctor said this am, it was from tools not being properly cleaned, and when she cut me, it got into my bloodstream, which caused the initial infection. And will have to be referred out to
I went in 2 weeks ago and honestly during the process she hurts my cuticles and like after i was in pain from her cutting me. Now my cuticles look awful and my nails are already getting chipped. They used only 1 coat of polish and gel. I showed her a picture she looked at it 1 time and said ok gave me completely different nails i mean they were cute so I didn’t complain.
I had navy polish on my toes. The service provider wanted to apply my polish (a light melon) without complete removal and unwilling to spend a bit more time to have color-free, polish-ready toes. I was so disappointed I gave a $20 and left. I could have been a great client.
I've been here a couple different times and the work was decent. I literary would not let her finish. She was rushing and was not doing what i wanted. My natural nail was showing on the side of the acrylic, nails were fat then super skinny and all different sizes as well as crooked. She said why you come here then. I Couldn't believe her.
I really like this nail salon. I’ve been getting pedicures here for about a year. The staff is nice and they do a good job on my feet. They use hot stones and hot towels and also get my ingrown toenails. The massage chairs are wonderful.
