After a horrible experience at another nail salon nearby, I’ve been coming here for some time now after a friend’s suggestion. Things here were great & I started coming often. Today, 12/24/25 I came in to get my usual gel-x & gel pedicure. My usual nail lady was not in so I had to opt for someone else. This individual was a bit delayed on starting & when she did start, her nail drill was too high. I felt the harshness on my nail bed. I told her & she changed the speed plus the bit, but it was still a little high. I informed her again & as she went to lower it, the drill nicked my finger! She proceeded to say sorry & I’m like “sorry? You just cut me!” I brushed it off as an accident but I was growing irritated. So after proceeding once again, she nicked another finger. I’m new here at Dallas Nail Bar & Spa. It’s really nice and clean. The whole staff is amazing. If you are looking for friendly , caring, & amazing service , this is your place. Ohhh and believe that you’ll keep getting compliments every time you get a set or pedicure. I got a pedicure but forgot to get the techs name, however she did an amazing job . l Iove my feet with amazing massage. My gel polish is so shiny. They using best products make my skin so soft and nails is stronger. I absolutely love this nail salon! Everyone is very hospitable and professional! He took his time to make sure everything was perfect, and his patience with me was unmatched. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his clients. Elijah did an amazing job on my nails. He was professional, detail-oriented, and really took his time to make sure everything looked perfect. The shape, the finish, and the overall quality were on point. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and about giving his clients the best result. The whole experience felt comfortable and relaxed, and I left feeling super happy with my nails. Highly recommend Elijah if you’re looking for someone talented and reliable.
