Danle Nails

I'm giving them 2 stars not necessarily because of their nail work but because of the customer service I received. Having to walk into a nail salon and having them laughing and talking in their own language is not very professional. The young ladies that work there are very childish, they need to grow up and be respectful to others. This place would be so much better if they had people who care about their customers and not be so mean and rude to the customers.

I recently moved to the area and decided to try this place out! The entire staff was friendly and I thought prices were very reasonable. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and I’m so pleased with the outcome. I got my nails done almost 2 weeks ago and they still looks great! This is rare for me :) thank you!

Honestly I only came here because it's down the street from my house but I felt like they were so rude to me and my daughter. I went in to get a mani-pedi with gel and my daughter wanted a manicure. I asked them if it was okay and she said sure but ignored her and took the book with colors from me to show another customer without really asking and then when I asked her if I could get my nails done in different pastel colors for Easter, she said "I don't know" and told me to look at the book instead. I'm pretty sure she's done nail designs before, and I don't mind paying more. I told her to stop and that I didn't want color and went somewhere else where they treated my daughter and I amazing.

Before I could even have an experience at this place, they were very rude. As soon as my daughter went to choose a color for her pedicure, the ladies that work here started looking and began talking in their language. Of course, I don't so understand but I got the idea of what they were saying just by their looks. So, I got up and stood with my daughter before they started complaining to make sure my daughter didn't drop any nail polish and they start talking and everyone in the shop is looking as they make a big deal as if she had dropped a bottle of nail Polish. I understand precaution because it may have happened before but don't embarrass a customer in front of everyone. How unprofessional.

I was very disappointed with the customer service and the quality of the staff I encountered when I visited their establishment. They were not professional, and their language was very poor. I will not be returning to their establishment in the near future. These people referred to my niece as a “Mott” because she was bi-racial laughing about it. Never again I will pay for poor customer service.
